Effortless Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy extends for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, if this period surpasses 14 days, we are unable to process a refund or exchange for your purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in an unused condition and in the exact state in which it was originally received, complete with its original packaging. Please be aware that specific categories of items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Initiating a return necessitates a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Certain scenarios may warrant partial refunds (if applicable):

  • Items returned in a condition different from their original state, damaged, or with missing components for reasons unrelated to our oversight.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, an email notification will be sent to you, confirming our receipt of the item. This email will also indicate whether your refund request has been approved or declined. In the event of approval, your refund will be duly processed, with the credited amount automatically returning to your original method of payment or credit card within a specified timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially reflected.
  • Subsequently, get in touch with your bank. There may be a processing period before the refund is posted.
  • If, after following these steps, you still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at support@resosports.com.

Sale Items (if applicable) Please be aware that only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, do not fall within this category and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We exclusively exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to initiate an exchange for the same item, please send an email to support@resosports.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Gifts If an item was designated as a gift during purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Following the receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be dispatched to you.

In cases where an item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift was shipped to the buyer for later presentation, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Shipping Before returning your product, please EMAIL US FIRST, and we will provide instructions for the return process.

The responsibility for covering the shipping costs for returning your item lies with you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The duration it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items with a value exceeding $35, it is advisable to utilize a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance when shipping your return. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without such precautions.
